With Medical Transcription Services, your providers and staff can do
all their patient document review and processing online – and at a
fraction of the cost of expensive EMR systems.
Our web-based
solution, WebChartMD, brings an unprecedented level of transparency
and control to your transcription workflow, as well as HIPAA
compliance. Care Providers dictate
via state-of-the-art digital recorders from Olympus or Philips.
Audio files are encrypted and uploaded via WebchartMD, and are
routed directly to the MT(s) assigned to that Care Provider.
Toll-free dictation over the telephone is also an option.
Completed
documents are encrypted and posted to the on-line account of each
Care Provider with summary demographics displayed for each document.
Office staff and Providers can then edit, print/batch print, search,
sort, e-sign, e-fax, mark dictations as STAT, archive or reject
files – all online.
There are no
servers to buy or networks to configure, and Medical Transcription
Services has no training costs, start-up fees, maintenance
contracts, or software licensing fees.
